CTA - discover the power of learning!

Patala joined the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Program at the Beenleigh Career Centre to explore new career opportunities and learn how to navigate the modern job market. With over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, Patala’s transferable skills in customer service, time management, and more have set him up for success.

With guidance from CTA Facilitator Ramesh, Patala improved his digital skills, empowering him to confidently use digital tools and platforms essential for exploring employment opportunities.

With tailored support, Patala’s resume and cover letter now meet current industry standards. He has also become more skilled at responding to job ads and addressing selection criteria.

Patala remains determined to apply his skills in a part-time transport position, while also looking to enhance his qualifications further by pursuing certificate-level courses in logistics and warehousing with TAFE Queensland.

Patala’s journey showcases the power of continuous learning and how, with the support of the CTA Program, career transitions can be achieved.
