Career Transition Assistance

The Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program provides targeted support for mature age Participants by helping build confidence and the skills required to become more competitive in local labour markets. The program provides practical assistance and training to build on current skills, as well as increasing motivation and resilience to continue looking for work.

The CTA program is offered to individuals aged 45 years and over, and is delivered as an intensive course scheduled for a minimum of 75 hours over eight weeks.

Employability Skills Training
