Are you experiencing worker shortages?
Working in partnership with us can be an invaluable way of promoting your business across the community. It can also encourage potential employees to want to work for you. If you are experiencing worker shortages we have job seekers who can often start immediately.
Incentives for hiring and retaining eligible individuals
Wage subsidies may be available to businesses that hire eligible job seekers into ongoing jobs. Wage subsidies can be up to a maximum of $10,000*. (*There are conditions, so it's important that you speak with our Business Development team.)
If you fill an ongoing position with us, we can offer you a wage subsidy to help with some of the initial costs of hiring new employees to help ensure their employment success.
Other forms of assistance may also be a good fit, and we have additional services we can offer, including nationally recognised accredited training for workers, or developing a pre-employment training program.
The best place to start is to contact our expert team, who can suggest the best option to suit you and your new employee.
Work placement options
Offering one of our highly trained job seekers a work placement not only provides them invaluable experience but can also provide you with an opportunity to have an effective trial period, and you will have a full knowledge of just how valuable job seekers can be to your business.
We have various options, from undertaking Observational Work Experience to Paid Work Trials. In addition, by offering one of our job seekers a work placement, you will also offer a service to the community.
We can work with you to use these real-life examples to show the benefits of partnerships working locally and internally.
