Nickqueline has successfully completed the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Program at our Beenleigh Career Centre, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to advance her career.

With guidance from her CTA Facilitator, Ramesh, she focused on refining her resume, writing tailored cover letters, and addressing selection criteria to better align with job opportunities.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail, Nickqueline has developed exceptional teamwork, time management, and customer service skills. Through the CTA Program, she also learned to showcase these transferable skills and achievements, ensuring her job applications stand out.
