Meet Nicole, who took time away from the workforce to focus on her family. Now, she's back and ready to take on new challenges! Nicole has joined our Employment Skills Training (EST) Program at the Thuringowa Career Centre to gain the skills and confidence needed for her return to work.

Since joining, Nicole has thrived! Our EST Facilitator, Clynt, has been inspired by her dedication and commitment to building positive workplace habits through the program. With the support of this Workforce Australia initiative, Nicole has strengthened her communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. She also refined her resume, practiced interviews, and created a standout online job profile that highlights her transferable skills.

Nicole’s journey was so successful that she soon found work! Now, she’s stepped back into the workforce with confidence, securing a new job in the cleaning sector—one that will give her valuable job experience and open doors to her long-term career goals.
