EST Empowerment!

Participants in our Employability Skills Training (EST) Program at the Thuringowa Career Centre have been diligently preparing presentations for their Facilitator, Patrisha. Together, they created a presentation on future career advancements, showcasing their ability to collaborate effectively and draw on each other’s strengths. Throughout the program, Participants have strengthened their digital literacy and teamwork skills, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Their mutual encouragement and dedication to personal and professional growth have truly stood out.
