EST Empowerment!

Participants in our Employability Skills Training (EST) Program at the Thuringowa Career Centre have been diligently preparing presentations for their Facilitator, Patrisha. Together, they created a presentation on future career advancements, showcasing their ability to collaborate effectively and draw on each other’s strengths. We grabbed a photo on the day of the presentation, to highlight their hard work and achievement.

Throughout the program, Participants have strengthened their digital literacy and teamwork skills, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Their mutual encouragement and dedication to personal and professional growth have truly stood out.

The EST Program is designed to help job seekers take the next step into the workforce. With the support of our dedicated team, participants explore career options, develop job search skills, build industry knowledge, and connect with local businesses.

Well done, team! We wish you all the best!
